Albert Jr. Band@Sunday Sessions
Albert Jr. Band is Albert Sanudo Jr. and Alek Speck, with a rotating roster of occasional guests. With a background in Pentecostal church music, Albert has channeled that to include elements of blues, funk, soul, reggae and Latin styles, while Alek contributes a percussive mix of New Orleans rhythms, alternative rock and World Beat sounds. For Sunday Sessions at St. Ben’s, Albert Jr. Band will be taking “a journey within” presenting songs exploring dreams, existence, travel, nature, romance and social justice. Melody Klemin @ Sunday Sessions
Singer/songwriter Melody Klemin has been sharing her music with local fans for more than 10 years, creating an original blend of contemporary folk and Americana, with several surprises in between! When asked to describe Melody’s music, fans and promoters alike have compared her with the acoustic stylings of Joan Osborne, Patty Griffin, and the Dixie Chicks. Good company indeed.

Candlelight Strings
St. Ben’s is hosting a string quartet concert featuring four local professional musicians coming together in response to the recent Orlando shooting. The program will be a combination of favorite classics by Bach and Mozart and some popular songs arranged by violinist Bette Byers.
