Mary Elizabeth+ R.I.P.

Many of you already know that our Rector Emeritus, Mary Elizabeth Pratt Horsley, failed to wake up on Sunday morning and has gone peacefully to be with her Maker. Mary Elizabeth came to St. Benedict’s in 2000 at a time when the church was in considerable turmoil and conflict.  It was during her time as rector that the church building was moved from Camp Roberts, and that services began in the as yet unfinished sanctuary.
