Pausing: Join Caro+ every evening at 7pm on Facebook to pause for a few minutes of reflection and prayer (www.facebook.com/stbenslososos/live/). Some members are using this short (3-4 minutes) video as an evening or morning reflection. If one Pausing episode particularly touches you, please share it on your own Facebook page for others to enjoy.
